# Reiki Healing Session Policy & Client Agreement ## Welcome Thank you for choosing to receive Reiki healing services. This sacred space is created with compassion, intention, professionalism, and respect for your personal healing journey. The following policies and agreement are designed to support a safe, grounded, and aligned experience for both practitioner and client. By booking and participating in Reiki services, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below. --- # Reiki Healing Disclaimer Reiki is a gentle, energy-based healing practice intended to support relaxation, energetic balance, emotional well-being, and spiritual connection. Reiki practitioners do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or provide medical or psychological treatment. Reiki services are not a substitute for: * Licensed medical care * Mental health therapy * Psychiatric treatment * Counseling * Emergency medical services Clients are encouraged to seek licensed healthcare professionals for medical or psychological concerns. --- # Client Responsibility By participating in Reiki sessions, you acknowledge and understand that: * Healing is a personal and individual experience * Results may vary from person to person * No specific outcomes or guarantees are promised * You are fully responsible for your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being Clients are encouraged to communicate openly about their comfort level, emotional responses, and any concerns before, during, or after the session. --- # Session Policies ## Scheduling All sessions must be booked in advance through the designated scheduling system. Clients are responsible for arriving on time for their scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in shortened session time to honor other scheduled appointments. --- # Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that life circumstances may arise unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. ## Cancellations With Proper Notice * Sessions canceled or rescheduled with 24+ hours notice may be transferred to a future appointment. ## Late Cancellations * Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full and are non-refundable. ## No-Call / No-Show Policy Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without communication will be charged a **$100 no-call/no-show fee**. Repeated no-call/no-shows may result in refusal of future bookin
